1. Service Overview
Big Red Illustration offers a LinkedIn Promotional Sharing Service, enabling artists to have up to four (4) of their LinkedIn posts shared monthly on our Company Page. This service aims to enhance the visibility of artists’ work among our professional network, which includes art buyers, creative directors, and design heads.
2. Content Standards and Approval
Big Red Illustration reserves the right to review all submitted content prior to sharing. We may decline to share or post any image or text that we deem, in our sole discretion, to be damaging to the company’s reputation, offensive, inappropriate, or not aligned with our professional standards.
3. Artist Responsibilities
Artists are responsible for creating and providing up to four (4) high-quality LinkedIn posts per month for sharing. Failure to submit the maximum number of posts in any given month is solely the responsibility of the artist and will not result in a refund or credit.
4. Payment Terms
The service is offered at a rate of £25 per month. Payments are to be made via PayPal on a recurring monthly basis. Services will commence upon receipt of the initial payment.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of the service, payments are non-refundable. If an artist chooses not to provide the full quota of posts in a month or if submitted content is deemed unsuitable for sharing, no refunds or credits will be issued.
6. Minimum Subscription Period
This offer is subject to a minimum commitment of twelve (12) months. By subscribing to the service, the artist agrees to maintain their subscription for a full year. Early termination before the end of the 12-month period will not result in any refund or credit.
7. Termination of Service
Either party may terminate the service with a 30-day written notice after the completion of the initial 12-month period. Upon termination, no further payments will be processed, and the service will conclude at the end of the current billing cycle.
8. Limitation of Liability
Big Red Illustration is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this service. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or engagements resulting from the sharing of artists’ posts.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By subscribing to the LinkedIn Promotional Sharing Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions, including the minimum 12-month commitment.
